RETURNS AND REFUNDS           

In case you find any flaw in the printing of your product. Or if the printing is not as per your requirement, then you have to inform the organization within three working days of receiving your order. If it’s verified that an error exists at our end, we will do the reprinting, but the money is not refunded. The management team does the deformity checking. The client has to send us the digital photos of the defective product within seven days. The charges of accelerated orders are not refundable         

CUSTOMER CONTENT

You are solely accountable for your usage of the content in combination with some other pictures, designs, or different materials you include in your products. You concur that you won’t include any image, text, design, trademark, or any copyrighted work of any outsider in your products unless you have gotten the appropriate approvals from the proprietors. You acknowledge and authorize that you will not share, upload, publicize or in any case give out through our site any web content that is horrendous, foul, and cut down our different clients from using the services of our site or violate the property rights of My Packaging Point or some other third party.
My Packaging Point claims all the content on the company’s website. However, we don’t take liability for the content uploaded on our site by clients or users. Thus, we don’t guarantee whether the content posted is accurate, has good quality, or demonstrates incredible integrity. You are in charge of securing your password and controlling access to your enrolled account. You are responsible for all the action taken from your account and also for the orders placed.

ORDER PLACEMENT           

The process for placing an order on My Packaging Point incorporates sending the final form, which consists of products or services requested through hard copy or electronic file. We want you to be certain of your request and the print you need for your product. Once the order is placed, the printing tasks are quickly sent to the press office to begin work. We won’t make any changes once the printing task is sent to the press office.

ORDER CANCELLATION   

However, you can cancel requests within 4 hours from the time the task is approved. Cancellation of order pulls in certain charges. We charge 5% of the aggregate sum of money paid for the order. Clients have 24 hours to drop their request from the time request was started. In this case, 50% of the total payment will be charged. This 50% asked for will be utilized to cover some portion of the expenses caused by the company as a result of resources wasted and time spent. Then again, there is no assurance that the chance to drop requests placed after 24 hours will be possible.
